Postal delays are beyond our control, we are not responsible for damages/delays/losses that incurred during shipping. Winter shipping conditions can be unpredictable despite the most careful packing. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable weather conditions. Winter shipping fee includes heat pack and insulation. We currently do not ship international.
